Civil protection order access limits
Civil Protection Order information is not available online through the Clark County Clerk of Courts eAccess system. To review Civil Protection Order information, visit the Clerk's Office during normal business hours.
Civil Protection Order forms are filed at the Clark County Title Office in the A.B. Graham Building at 55 East Columbia Street in Springfield.
Forms are available for Dating CPO, Civil Stalking Order, and Domestic Violence Protection Order matters. Clerk's Office employees cannot assist with legal questions or preparation of forms.
