Installment Payment Plan and related Property Tax services
If paying in one lump sum is difficult, Palm Beach County offers an Installment Payment Plan for property taxes and tangible personal property taxes. Estimated property tax must total more than $100, and the application period runs from November 1 through April 30.
The plan splits payment into four parts due in June or July, September, December, and March. If the first payment due in June or July is missed, you are removed from the plan and the tax becomes due in one lump sum from November 1 through March 31.
You can review plan rules and enrollment timing on the Installment Payment Plan page. If you received a bill for property you already sold, the county also provides a Property Sold page for notifying the Tax Collector.
