Use eCaseView for Palm Beach County court records
For most current public court record needs, start with search court records in eCaseView. Guest access is available, and registration is not required for basic case searches.
- Open eCaseView and continue as a guest unless you need registered-user access.
- Search by options such as name, case number, citation number, offense date, court type, or case type.
- Open the case and review the available tabs for docket entries, document images, charges, parties, complaints, court dates, and related case details.
Registered users can search with additional criteria such as date of birth, incident number, arrest date, booking number, and driver’s license number. For some case types, registered users or the attorney of record can also view document images that guest users cannot see.
Tip: If you need a hearing date, check the Court Events tab first. If nothing appears there, review the docket for hearing notices.
