Payments, fees, and court costs
For Common Pleas court costs billed in a particular case, the Clerk of Courts allows payment in person, by mail, or online through the county payment process. Pending cases where the Court has not addressed responsibility for costs may not be available for online payment.
Credit card payments made in person or online are subject to a 2.95% processing fee, with a $1.00 minimum. Online payments are also subject to a $3.50 transaction fee. These fees are nonrefundable and are collected by a third-party vendor, not the county.
