Incoming mail must include the inmate name and ID, plus a return address. Mail must be no larger than 8 ½ x 11 inches, no thicker than light card stock, and able to feed through a sheet-fed scanner.

Do not send cash, checks, stamps, blank envelopes, stationery, stickers, homemade cards, colored drawings, non-white envelopes or paper, or other prohibited items. Photos are allowed as the only enclosure, with up to 10 photographs per package printed on photo paper.
