Completed registration forms may be emailed to [email protected]. The office does not accept submissions that require staff to open links or download files from services such as Dropbox, OneDrive, DocuSign, or Adobe.
Attorneys should include their Florida Bar Number and firm name in the body of the message when submitting registration materials.
PERCH Search resources and records requests
The Clerk’s PERCH Search resources organize several public record paths. For court records, the office identifies filings in civil, criminal, family, and other case types as court records.
For copies of older court cases, records not available online, administrative records, contracts, invoices, emails, communications, or similar requests, use the Clerk’s records request process through request a public record.
If a request requires extensive clerical assistance, the office provides a written estimate before proceeding.
Certified and eCertified court records
Clerk E-Certify provides electronically certified records by email. Records provided through that format may be redacted according to Florida law.
Before ordering, review the record carefully. Refunds are not issued for duplicate requests or after certification is completed.
For hard copy or wet ink certifications, contact or visit the Clerk’s office rather than using the electronic certification option.
